OmniBox's Knowledge Base is a powerful resource management system that allows users to upload and manage various types of files, forming a private knowledge repository.

Users can achieve efficient retrieval and filtering by creating folders and adding tags.

This feature integrates with other platform modules and can be used for Q&A, writing, and other scenarios. It also supports one-click saving of generated content to the knowledge base, comprehensively improving document management efficiency.

Feature Overview

  • Files Uploading: Upload supported file types to the knowledge base for automatic parsing and tagging
  • Web Collection: Use the browser extension to save entire web pages or specific regions and content with one click, automatically parsed into editable documents
  • AI Q&A: Select documents for targeted Q&A ; save Q&A content to the knowledge base
  • AI Writing: Support writing with uploaded documents, currently capable of 5-6k words, with long-form writing coming soon
  • Personal & Team Support: Within each space, every user has a personal space. When inviting others to join the space, a team space will automatically appear (simultaneous editing is not currently supported)
