OmniBox's Knowledge Base is a powerful resource management system that allows users to upload and manage various types of files, forming a private knowledge repository.

Users can achieve efficient retrieval, filtering, and subscription content management by creating folders, adding tags, using Smart Folders, or using RSS Folders.

This feature integrates with other platform modules and can be used for Q&A, writing, and other scenarios. It also supports one-click saving of generated content to the knowledge base, comprehensively improving document management efficiency.

Feature Overview

• Files Uploading: Upload supported file types to the knowledge base for automatic parsing and generating corresponding tags
• Web Collection: Use the browser extension to save entire web pages or specific regions and content with one click, automatically parsed into editable documents
• Batch Management: Select multiple resources at once, then create a folder, move them, add them to the chat box, or move them to trash
• Smart Folders: Automatically collect resources that match rules such as tags, titles, web links, file names, content, creation time, or update time
• RSS Folders: Subscribe to RSS Feeds and continuously save new content to your knowledge base
• AI Q&A: Select documents for targeted Q&A; save Q&A content to the knowledge base
• AI Writing: Support writing with uploaded documents, currently capable of 5-6k words, with long-form writing coming soon
• Personal & Team Support: Within each namespace, every user has a personal namespace. When inviting others to join the namespace, a team namespace will automatically appear (simultaneous editing is not currently supported)
